It can also facilitate consultancies, travel financing, and other expenses related to the activities and services hired by the CABEI to prepare and implement projects and programs financed by the Bank, following its own regulations.

It can also provide assistance for capacities development programs sponsored by the CABEI and prepare and/or implement projects that are beneficial for promoting its mission.
